Job summary

Compass Group PLC in Worksop is seeking a Chef Supervisor for the evening service to lead the team, deliver high‑quality meals, and ensure smooth service. This hands‑on role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a passion for great food.

You'll manage stock, cashing up, and uphold food hygiene standards while delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Preparing and serving fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards
• Managing stock levels, completing stock takes, and ensuring products are available and well-presented
• Handling cashing up procedures and ensuring accurate financial controls at the end of service
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the shift
• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operation in the absence of senior management

Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:30pm

Lead the Evening Service

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chef Supervisor to take charge of our evening catering operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help deliver a smooth and successful service every shift.
