Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join our expert team supporting people at home across Flintshire. You will work in clients' own homes, providing compassionate, person-centred care with training to build confidence and independence.

We offer full induction, ongoing expert training, uniform and PPE, and a supportive team with 24/7 guidance. DBS check and references are part of our recruitment process.

• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• Full induction and ongoing expert training
• Uniform and PPE provided

Requirements

• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
• Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
