Job summary

Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our expert team. We offer early morning shifts 3/4 days a week with alternating weekends, with full induction and ongoing training.

You will support customers in their own homes, helping with daily living tasks, meals, medication, and light housework, while enjoying a 24/7 supportive team and DBS checks. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and pride ourselves on providing high-quality care with

Qualifications

• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
• Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• Full induction and ongoing expert training

• Salary details: £13.85 - £17.31 per hour
