Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable cleaner to work at a banking premises in Kendal, LA9. This temp-to-perm evening position offers 4 hours per week, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 5:30pm–6:30pm, at £14.26 per hour.

The role involves lone working, key-holder duties, and requires a valid right to work and adverse credit check. Applicants should have prior commercial cleaning experience, be dependable, punctual and able to work independently, and be comfortable using an alarm panel and time-clock

Qualifications

• Adverse credit check is required.
• Two years of employment history are required.
• Right to Work documentation must be provided.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and being a key holder.

Responsibilities

• Clean throughout the premises.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean offices and communal areas.
• Sanitise washrooms.
• Empty bins and replace liners.
• Wipe and sanitise high-touch areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comply with health & safety procedures.
