Job summary

Concept Resources in Carmarthen is seeking a reliable cleaner to work at a professional banking premises in Carmarthen. This is an evening temp-to-perm role requiring lone working and security awareness.

You will perform general cleaning, vacuuming and floor care, offices and washrooms, and manage high-touch areas for 5 hours per week, 7:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, at £13.45 per hour. Right to work is required, with potential temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable working alone on site.
• Experience as a key holder and using an alarm panel.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to use telephone clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms.
• Emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site security and health & safety procedures.
