Concept Resources is seeking a reliable cleaner to work at a banking premises in Kendal, LA9. This temp-to-perm evening position offers 4 hours per week, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 5:30pm–6:30pm, at £14.26 per hour.

The role involves lone working, key-holder duties, and requires a valid right to work and adverse credit check. Applicants should have prior commercial cleaning experience, be dependable, punctual and able to work independently, and be comfortable using an alarm panel and time-clock

Job Description

Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour

Tuesday to Friday – 5:30pm to 6:30pm

4 hours per week

We are recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to work at a professional banking premises in Kendal, LA9 .

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering regular evening hours. The position involves lone working and key-holder responsibilities, so applicants must be dependable and comfortable working independently.

Duties

• General cleaning throughout the premises
  
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning offices and communal areas
  
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms
  
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
  
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas
  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  
• Following site security and health & safety procedures
  

Requirements

• Adverse credit check required
  
• 2 years’ employment history required
  
• Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service
