Concept Resources is recruiting an evening cleaner for a professional banking premises in Alness. This temp-to-perm role involves lone working and acting as a key holder, with security-conscious responsibilities and strict adherence to site procedures.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 5:15pm–6:15pm, five hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.80 per hour and potential progression to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable with lone working and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms.
• Emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site security and health & safety procedures.
