Concept Resources is seeking an evening cleaner for a temporary holiday cover at a professional banking premises in Eastbourne. The role involves lone working and key-holder responsibilities, with an 10-hour week (Monday to Friday, 5:30pm–7:30pm).

The position is based in Eastbourne, UK, with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour and a temporary assignment from 19 October to 30 October 2026. Applicants must be reliable and security-conscious, able to work independently and adhere to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Adverse credit check required.
• 2 years’ employment history required.
• Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service.
• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms.
• Emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site security and health & safety procedures.
