Citygate Automotive Limited is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, oversee the sales environment, and maximise profit while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate the sales team, maintain premier displays, and ensure compliant finance processes, aligning with Citygate values and the brand's training programs. This role requires strong communication, mentoring ability, and a proactive approach to develop the showroom and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• To ensure all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
• To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin targets
• To have the very best vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
• To manage the sales process and have an integral part within that with the customers.
• To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
• To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice)
