Octopus Energy Group's Octopus Electric Vehicles in Weybridge is hiring an Electric Vehicles Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end sales for our salary sacrifice product. You’ll advise customers, qualify requirements, and match them with the right EV, while delivering outstanding service throughout their journey.

Based in Weybridge, you’ll work three days a week in the office with uncapped commission and a generous car allowance as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with technology-driven sales processes (CRM, digital sales).
• Proven track record in target-driven roles with customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, resilience and a proactive mindset.
• Genuine passion for EVs, sustainability and automotive industry.
• Startup mindset for a fast-moving environment; adaptable to change.
• Bonus: prior experience with salary sacrifice product.

Responsabilités

• Speak to customers interested in leasing an EV and qualify the right one.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to delivery and hit targets.
• Oversee customer orders in progress and supervise processing.
• Plan and target acquisition of new customers.
• Record customer satisfaction to ensure best experience.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after sales.
• Build pipeline with team, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
