Job summary

DM Keith Ltd offers an apprenticeship as a Sales Executive Apprentice focused on ŠKODA EVs and eMobility. You will learn to answer customer questions, tailor electrified vehicle recommendations and explain charging options, battery tech, and financial impacts.

The programme blends virtual and on-site training at the Milton Keynes centre and dealership, with a view to long-term career progression once the apprenticeship is completed.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and embark on a long-term career, with excellent earning and progression opportunities once you complete your apprenticeship.
• You will be trained across eMobility product knowledge and customer-focused sales processes within a Volkswagen Group apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Answering customers' eMobility queries and directing complex questions to the right person.
• Explain the benefits of investing in eMobility and recommend an electrified vehicle based on customer needs.
• Provide consultations on EV batteries and battery charging and discuss wallbox installation at home.
• Explain vehicle production and delivery timelines and negotiate offers including insurance, financing and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with the workshop and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
