Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an EV Operator in Willand to support the production line by assisting with bird hanging, checking crops during processing, and operating as a machine minder to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Product quality is everyone's responsibility, and staff must verify weights and sizes against customer specs, report defects, and perform root cause analysis while coaching others to follow required sheets and standards.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to H&S, Food Safety and Quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
