Octopus Electric Vehicles is expanding its Weybridge office with an Electric Vehicles Sales Specialist role focused on our salary sacrifice product. You will be the face and voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles, advising customers and guiding them towards the right EV.

The role offers an uncapped commission and a generous car allowance, with the office based in Weybridge three days a week. Strong customer-experience mindset and enthusiasm for sustainability are essential.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
• Experience with technology-driven sales processes (CRM, digital sales).
• Proven track record in target-driven roles with strong customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills and drive to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers interested in leasing an electric vehicle and qualify the right one for them.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to delivery and meet targets.
• Manage customer orders in progress and supervise processing.
• Plan and target acquisition of new customers.
• Record customer satisfaction to ensure best experience.
• Provide excellent post-sale customer care.
• Build pipelines and relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
