Job summary

Octopus Energy is seeking a proactive sales specialist for its Personal Contract Hire (PCH) product, based in Weybridge. You will own the customer journey, from initial contact to delivery, helping clients choose the right EV lease and ensuring a smooth process.

The role offers uncapped commission and a generous car allowance, with the office being Weybridge-based for 3 days per week. You’ll work in a collaborative team focused on growth and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a B2C setting is preferred.
• Comfort with tech-driven sales processes (CRM, digital tools).
• Familiarity with the finance and regulatory side of leasing (PCH/BCH).
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Chat with customers interested in a PCH EV lease to find the right vehicle.
• Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from first hello to delivery day.
• Explain the finance and regulatory aspects of PCH clearly.
