Job summary

Octopus Electric Vehicles Weybridge is growing its Personal Contract Hire sales team in a hybrid office setting. You’ll engage customers, guide them to the right EV lease, and manage the end-to-end sales journey from first contact to delivery.

You’ll learn the regulatory and financing details behind leasing, contribute to a collaborative team culture, and benefit from an uncapped commission scheme plus a car allowance as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a B2C setting or similar environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
• Understanding of or enthusiasm for finance and regulatory aspects of leasing.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and resilience under target-driven work.
• adaptable attitude to evolving product.
• Curiosity to learn and ask the right questions.
• Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Chat with customers interested in a Personal Contract Hire car lease and help them choose the right vehicle.
• Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to delivery.
• Explain finance and regulatory aspects of PCH in clear terms.
• Keep customer orders on track and support order processing.
• Plan and target new customer acquisition efforts.
• Capture feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Deliver excellent service at every stage of the sales journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build pipeline and share best practices.
• Adapt as the PCH product and sales approach evolve.
