Job summary

Listers OMODA Solihull is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to service, repair and diagnose a range of vehicles in a modern workshop. The role covers electrical and mechanical work and offers a clear career path with training.

The package includes a basic salary up to £36,000 with an OTE up to £43,000, 25 days holiday, pension and extensive benefits, plus opportunities to work on EV and Hybrid systems as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Electrical/hybrid knowledge is advantageous but training provided.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standards.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes and exhausts.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems and use diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team and learn continuously.
