Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Recognised Diagnostic qualification is essential.
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or skilled mechanic preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Enthusiastic about continuous professional development and up-to-date with technological advancements.
• Genuine desire to progress within the automotive industry and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and service repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform EV diagnostics and repairs (if qualified) in line with manufacturer standards.
• Utilise diagnostic software and equipment effectively to identify and resolve vehicle faults.
• Carry out hydraulic repairs and mechanical work safely and accurately.
• Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians, sharing technical expertise.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on every vehicle serviced and repaired.
