Job summary

Qwello UK is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance strategy for our EV charging infrastructure in the UK. You will bridge Technology and Operations, coordinate maintenance with service teams, and drive continuous improvements to ensure high-performing service operations.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in electrical or software engineering (or 3+ years in a similar role), plus analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or software engineering or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Root cause analysis capability for maintenance issues.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proactive communication.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for Qwello UK charging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal service team and external partners for tasks.
• Analyse data to generate actionable insights and improve efficiency.
• Lead maintenance processes and support project managers.
• Travel throughout the UK as required.
