Job summary

Jobtailor UK is seeking a maintenance strategy specialist to develop, implement, and oversee maintenance plans for our Qwello UK charging infrastructure. You will collect and analyse data to deliver actionable insights, coordinate with the technical service team and external partners, and drive improvements in operational efficiency.

The role requires an analytical mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with local UK travel. Linux knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a degree in electrical engineering or software engineering, or have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with maintenance planning and root cause analysis is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for Qwello UK charging infrastructure.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate with the internal technical service team and external partners for high-quality execution.
• Create and implement maintenance processes and provide project support.
