Marmion is seeking a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician for a fast-growing EV charging infrastructure business in the UK. The role focuses on commissioning, maintenance and repair across AC, Rapid DC, HPC systems, with opportunities to develop skills in a rapidly expanding sector.

You will diagnose faults, perform firmware updates, and support customers on-site while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Level 3 electro-technical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• At least 2 years’ experience in commercial field-based electrical installation/maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability with independence in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment (multimeters, voltage testers).
• Valid UK driving licence; comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays.
• Experience in EV charging/renewable energy/power electronics advantageous but not essential.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and system faults on EV charging equipment.
• Commission, configure and perform firmware updates where required.
• Perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs to maximise uptime.
• Provide on-site technical support and clear updates to customers.
• Ensure reporting and safety compliance.
