Job summary

Marmion Ltd is seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to service EV charging solutions across the UK. You will diagnose faults, commission equipment, and perform maintenance on AC, DC, HPC charging systems, travelling frequently in Greater London and beyond.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification, 1–2 years in the field, strong fault-finding and communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK is essential; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• 1–2 years' field-based electrical experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on EV charging equipment.
• Commission, configure and update firmware as required.
• Perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs to maximise uptime.
• Work with internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide on-site technical support and clear updates to customers.
• Ensure reporting and safety standards compliance.
