Yunex Traffic seeks an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Engineer to commission, maintain and support fast EV chargers across the UK. This field-based role involves hands-on work, safety-first operations, and close collaboration with contractors and customers.

You will perform testing, data analysis and standby repairs, with opportunities for training and accreditation; occasional overnight travel is expected as part of a dynamic team driving future mobility.

Formación

• Experience with low and medium voltage electrical systems.
• Proactive problem-solver eager to learn and work in a team.
• Experience working with IT equipment.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable outdoors.
• Full driving licence and proximity to a depot.

Responsabilidades

• Service, upgrade, and troubleshoot AC and DC EV chargers.
• Maintain safety; report unsafe events and incidents, support safety initiatives.
• Electrical testing and periodic inspections of charging equipment.
• Complete work safely, to a high standard, and on schedule.
• Communicate with contractors and customers on-site and digitally.
• Manage and report vehicle stock levels.
• Analyse data to optimise contract performance.
• Handle emergency repairs and standby out-of-hours work.
• Complete product training; pursue National Highways Sector Scheme accreditation; overseas travel possible.
• Support other areas and overnight stays as required.
• Assist engineers working on traffic signals and related equipment.
