Job summary

Business Development Manager at BMS Performance Ltd. is sought to drive field sales of automotive components to OEMs, Tier 1 and 2 players, with a strong emphasis on EV manufacturing.

You will develop sales with existing and new customers across the southern half of the UK, including Coventry, Oxford, London, Milton Keynes, Guildford and Chelmsford. The package includes a £50,000–£55,000 basic salary, a 15% quarterly bonus, hybrid or EV company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Ambitious with a positive can-do attitude.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales across a mix of existing and new customers, including prestigious automotive manufacturers like Bentley and Aston Martin.
• Manage and grow customers across the southern half of the UK, delivering against targets.
