Job summary

Creatio, a global CRM and workflow platform provider, seeks a Solutions Consultant to support the European region from London. You will drive technical evaluations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and create compelling Proofs of Concepts for prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years as a Solutions Consultant (Presales) in SaaS/PaaS.
• Experience with CRM/BPM/ERP/HCM systems or No-Code/Low-Code platforms.
• Technical depth to respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Experience working with C-level managers and tailoring solutions.
• Knowledge of European market dynamics and regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Recent hands-on programming within modern web or enterprise development systems.
• Familiarity with production environments (application servers, web servers, databases).

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer meetings with Sales Executives, offering technical expertise on product roadmap.
• Define vision and strategy for CRM and BPM opportunities; design/customize demos, training, and materials.
• Deliver product demonstrations to key accounts tailored to customer needs.
• Assist in production of RFPs and proposals to clients.
• Design and deliver high-quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospects.
• Represent products at conferences and field events.
• Communicate company vision to partners; assist partners in defining sales strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis and provide feedback to R&D and Product teams; participate in deal-win strategies.
• Present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a C-Level audience.
