Job summary

Quantifind seeks a Solutions Consultant to accelerate growth in Europe, focusing on AML/KYC and sanctions for financial institutions. You will design transformation roadmaps, lead discovery sessions, and articulate business value of the AI-driven platform to executives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Customer Success, stay ahead of European regulations, and travel up to 33% across Europe. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining and articulating value of complex enterprise solutions.
• Domain experience in AML/KYC/Sanctions with European banks.
• Knowledge of AML/sanctions regulations for European institutions.
• Fluent in English; second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and present transformation roadmaps to leaders up to the C-suite.
• Lead customer discovery to understand needs and business value.
• Propose Quantifind solutions and gather data to define the solution and its value.
• Deliver live workshops and demos, and write compelling proposals with Product.
• Stay current on Quantifind's technology, the European market and the competition, and contribute content.
• Own the materials and tools used by the Sales organization.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects.
