Red Recruit is seeking a Data Processor to support European road freight shipments from booking to delivery in our Bristol operation. You will be the main contact for clients, tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers and onboarding new customers as the Bristol business grows.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in European road freight, strong data accuracy and excellent communication skills. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in European road freight and strong customer service.
Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and communicate updates clearly.
Familiarity with freight forwarding operations and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

As Data Processor, support management of European road freight shipments from booking to delivery.
Act as main contact for customers; monitor shipments and coordinate with carriers.
Assist onboarding of new clients and contribute to Bristol office growth.
Maintain high service standards and resolve operational issues.
Enter and verify shipment data in internal systems; process documents.
Negotiate rates and book cargo space with carriers; arrange insurance when needed.
Support with claims and route/delay resolution; ensure compliance with customer requirements.
