Job summary

NSR Associates seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead HSE across Europe, including Nordics, Spain and Portugal. The role involves high travel and senior-level safety leadership in the concrete, precast and construction materials sector.

Based in the UK with the head office in London, you will report to the MD and Safety Director, guiding strategic and operational HSE delivery across multiple projects and batching plants.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HSE experience within concrete, precast, piling or construction materials.
• Experience implementing HSE MS across complex operations and multiple sites.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and related audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HSE strategy across Europe, Nordics, Spain and Portugal.
• Support projects, batching plants, manufacturing and sites with HSE leadership.
• Engage with senior management, engineers and contractors to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and continuous performance reporting.
