Job summary

Wesco in Bracknell, United Kingdom, seeks a Payroll Administrator for the EMEA region to support end-to-end payroll activities. You will work with the Global Payroll COE to ensure accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance across multiple countries and time zones.

You will validate payroll inputs, maintain documentation, and collaborate with in-country partners and outsourced providers to resolve issues while upholding high service standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries or regional payroll
• Experience preparing, validating, and reconciling payroll data and post-payroll activities
• Knowledge of statutory reporting, tax, social security, pensions in EMEA
• Experience with ADP Celergo or similar payroll platforms

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities for the EMEA region
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and in-country partners
• Escalate complex payroll matters with clear facts and recommended next steps
• Maintain payroll process documentation and control evidence
• Assist with payroll compliance activities and data privacy requirements
