Epassi is seeking an Enterprise Systems Specialist to own live systems across Europe, including NetSuite, Cobase, Lucanet, Zone & Co, and a growing integration and CRM landscape. The role is permanent, Europe-based, remote-first with occasional travel to markets.

You will monitor, improve, and expand integrations, collaborate with Finance, drive data governance, and enable AI initiatives across a multi-market environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on NetSuite SuiteScript development and production troubleshooting.
• Operational experience with an iPaaS platform (Workato, Celigo, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AR, AP, bank reconciliation and period close.
• Experience owning live systems and delivering measurable improvements.

Aufgaben

• Monitor NetSuite and the wider FinApps estate across all live markets and resolve issues before they reach Finance.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript and SuiteFlow solutions.
• Manage user accounts, period management and configuration changes within our governance framework.
• Investigate failing Workato recipes and read execution logs alongside the Integration Specialist.
• Talk to Finance teams about pain points and turn them into prioritized improvements.
• Keep runbooks, configuration records and process documentation up to date.
