Gridcog is expanding in the UK and Europe and seeks a proactive business development professional to drive commercial growth. You’ll manage a pipeline, qualify opportunities, demo our energy modelling software, and close deals in the GB and European markets.

You will join our London or Berlin based team, work in a fast-paced startup environment, and build relationships with developers, IPPs, consultants and energy users to accelerate Gridcog’s growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in commercial roles in energy, SaaS sales, or related fields.
• Strong targets attainment history.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Win new customer accounts and manage a qualified pipeline across GB/Europe.
• Lead product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate and close opportunities to hit quarterly targets.
• Share market insights with the Gridcog team and shape growth strategy.
• Build personal brand in the European energy industry and attend events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deals records in the CRM.
