Job summary

Infraviva seeks an experienced Data Centre Development Director to drive major development opportunities across multiple European markets. You will own complex development initiatives, from identifying and evaluating potential sites through to securing land, power, approvals and partnerships to move new data centre projects forward.

We're looking for an experienced Data Centre Development Director to drive major development opportunities across multiple European markets.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex development initiatives, from identifying and evaluating potential sites through to securing the land, power, approvals and partnerships needed to bring new data centre projects forward.

The Opportunity

• Drive site identification, evaluation and acquisition across key European markets.
• Lead development activities including feasibility studies, due diligence, planning and permitting.
• Assess critical infrastructure requirements, particularly power availability, connectivity and site viability.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations with landowners, utilities, local authorities and development partners.
• Develop business cases and support strategic investment and expansion decisions.
• Coordinate internal specialists, external consultants and development partners to advance projects through key milestones.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in data centre development, ideally across multiple European markets.
• Proven track record in site selection, land acquisition and early-stage development of large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, utility engagement, planning and permitting requirements.
• Commercially astute, with experience negotiating complex development agreements and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Ability to independently drive multiple development projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
