Job summary

CFO Insights is seeking a hands-on operations lead to manage end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences annually from our London HQ. You will oversee venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall attendee experience.

Join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and take ownership of a key business area with opportunities for internal growth. UK work permit required and role is onsite in London.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• On-site in London headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and select event suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Manage budgets and inventory for events.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site staff.
• Recruit, train and manage volunteers.
• Provide on-site event support.
