CFO Insights is seeking an exceptional operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience in our London HQ. You’ll work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with real responsibility, growth potential, and opportunities to travel to conferences overseas.

You will manage vendor negotiations, budgeting, and train a 40-person volunteer crew to ensure flawless events

• Source and manage venues and suppliers for 10 European conferences annually.
• Coordinate on-site teams and oversee attendee experience.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor budgets and inventory, ensuring timely changes and reporting.
