Point11 is building the agent-era infrastructure and is looking for a lead engineer to own the first UK deployment, including migrating a bank or insurer’s customer data to digital twins and the accompanying campaigns. You will deploy Point11 Voice across European journeys, ensuring GDPR compliance and client-specific rules.

You will author the deployment playbook for future engineers and work closely with the London AE from first meeting to go-live, resolving issues at launch and documenting

Qualifications

• Shipped production software across the stack.
• Experience integrating CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, APIs, SSO/SAML.
• Ability to earn trust with executives and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead Point11's first UK deployment, including customer data and digital twins.
• Deploy Point11 Voice within European journeys adhering to GDPR and rules.
• Write the deployment playbook for future engineers.
• Collaborate with the London Account Executive from first meeting to go-live.
• Address launch issues, document successes, and improve deployment speed.
