Job summary

Verrus, LLC is seeking an Alliances Manager to drive strategic partnerships across Europe, focusing on AI, HPC and data centre cooling ecosystems. You will build executive relationships and develop joint value propositions with partners to generate a robust pipeline.

The role reports to the General Manager of the cooling business, and requires being a proactive, structured alliance leader capable of managing cross-border activities and events with partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in channel, alliance or partner management in data centre, AI or HPC infrastructure.
• Track record of growing revenue through a partner ecosystem, ideally including OEMs, AI solution providers or hyperscalers.
• Good understanding of data centre cooling, thermal management and high-density compute, or the curiosity to learn quickly.
• Someone who builds structure and relationships rather than chasing their own name on the PO: a strong farmer who is curious and earns trust.
• Comfortable with up to 50% travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing strategic alliances with AI and HPC technology providers (server OEMs, GPU/accelerator vendors) and their ecosystems.
• Developing joint value propositions and co-selling opportunities; creating a pipeline of AI, HPC and cooling projects through partners.
• Building trusted executive and operational relationships with partners across Europe to enable sales and delivery teams.
• Acting as a subject-matter voice on data centre cooling with partners, customers and internal teams.
• Co-running events, webinars and campaigns with alliance partners and representing the business at industry shows.
• Feeding market and partner insight back into product, marketing and leadership.
