This Business Development role focuses on winning net-new revenue across pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, and healthcare customers, while shaping integrated language solutions for regulated content and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise business development or strategic sales.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO or healthcare organizations.
• Localization or regulated-content experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an annual net-new bookings and revenue target across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO and healthcare customers.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic prospecting, networks, events and collaboration across IQVIA.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and translate customer challenges into differentiated solutions across clinical, regulatory, safety, patient, medical and commercial workflows.
• Position AI-enabled, human-assured and expert-led delivery models according to content risk, required assurance and customer outcomes.
• Own the full sales cycle—from qualification and opportunity strategy through proposal, negotiation, contracting and handover.
• Build executive relationships and influence complex buying committees by articulating IQVIA's value in workflow integration, scientific expertise, quality, compliance and speed.
