Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Programme Analyst to own governance, tracking and reporting for the Europe project portfolio. You will support planning, monitoring and alignment with organisational objectives to deliver expected outcomes.

You will ensure artefacts are up to date, drive delivery standards, and prepare PMO materials including ELT dashboards, financials and schedules across multi-year planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Programme Analyst, Management Analyst, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that project artefacts (risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, financials, milestones) are kept up to date and consult with Business Partners to maintain project workstack.
  • Drives consistency of delivery standards across the Project Management resource pool in collaboration with the Programme Director.
  • Coordinates and prepares key PMO deliverables (status reports, dashboards, publications, time/resource allocation) including ELT and governance decks.
  • Leads multiyear planning and annual financial planning on behalf of Tech and Execution.
  • Manages the document library and repositories from initiation to closure.
