Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of B2B field marketing or demand generation experience, ideally in life sciences or pharmaceutical services.
• Proven ability to plan and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of biopharma client needs, GMP/GLP environments, and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and engage with customers across regions; cross-cultural independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field-facing marketing plans aligned with global strategies.
• Plan and deploy programs (events, conferences, seminars, webinars, regional campaigns) that generate leads.
• Localize global campaigns while preserving brand integrity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer voice to guide messaging and investments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines.
• Sales alignment: collaborate with sales leaders on country/segment action plans and pipeline reviews.
• Lead management: define lead criteria, follow up on quality, and provide feedback to global marketing.
• Own the European field marketing budget and report on KPIs (leads, pipeline, cost per lead, attendance).
• Track regulatory evolutions and translate them into messages and actions.
• Develop ABM actions, customer references, and relationships with KOLs and associations.
