You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to execute compensation programs, manage annual merit cycles, and support range reviews to ensure market competitiveness across Europe Developed Markets. You will apply Korn Ferry Hay methodology for job evaluations, conduct benchmarking analyses, and contribute to compensation tooling and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of compensation experience.
• Experience with Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology.
• Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong English language skills and proficient Excel usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual merit cycle for assigned countries/HR teams.
• Support annual salary range reviews with market data analysis and modelling.
• Conduct job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hay methodology and escalate complex cases.
• Perform pay equity and benchmarking analyses to inform pay decisions.
• Support compensation projects and tool governance improvements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders on promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
• Maintain compensation documentation and manager materials.
