Anthropic is seeking a Europe-wide Data Center Transaction Principal to steer commercial sourcing, RFPs, and lease execution across multiple European markets. You will align legal, finance, engineering, and government relations to close complex data center deals.

This role requires senior leadership, cross-border coordination, and deep knowledge of regulatory and utility landscapes to support Anthropic’s frontier AI infrastructure in Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements.
• Excel at project management coordinating across legal, technical, finance and operations teams.
• Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process for European data center deals.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOI processes to meet technical and business requirements.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction and ensure regulatory, legal, and commercial alignment.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal counsel, network teams, and finance for lease execution.
• Develop and refine transaction processes and playbooks for scalable execution across Europe.
