Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated Bid Manager to drive end-to-end bid processes for RFQs and complex tenders across Europe. You will partner with Sales, Project Management and Technical teams to deliver compliant, commercially sound proposals that maximize win potential, while managing risks and ensuring alignment with governance and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated pre-sales bid management experience.
• Experience in telecommunications or strong project management background is highly preferred.
• Ability to present to CEO and Director-level executives and collaborate across teams.
• Thrives in a dynamic, agile, deeply technical organization with expanding customer base.
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Financial and strategic thinking applied to estimation, budgeting, pricing and risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end bid lifecycle from qualification and strategy through to contract award.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional bid teams across Sales, Engineering, PM, Procurement, Finance and Legal.
• Analyze opportunities, timelines, costs, risks, features and competition on bids.
• Ensure compliant, commercially sound proposals aligned with company strategy and governance.
• Prepare high-quality bid deliverables, and conduct post-win handover to delivery teams.
