Job summary

Syneos Health Communications in London seeks a VP, Media – Europe Lead to oversee the Evolvics client engagement across Europe, owning SOWs, P&L, and leading the connection planning team. You will drive strategy alignment and ensure successful activation across regions.

This senior role reports to the MD Evolvics and partners with strategy to align media efforts with client goals, while mentoring a cross-functional team and steering organic growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid media experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or SME capacity.
• Must have healthcare/pharma experience.
• Experience working with internal agencies and external clients.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing work.

The VP, Media – Europe Lead is the overall lead for the entire Evolvics client engagement across Europe, overseeing the global business on behalf of the client. This position reports to the Managing Director, Evolvics and is a key member of the team responsible for the health, growth, and performance of the Evolvics business across the region. As the senior client relationship owner, this role serves as the primary point of escalation and partners closely with the strategy team to align the media approach to the client's goals and objectives.

This leader owns the SOWs, financial approach, and account P&L, including margin, profitability, and forecasting, while managing, mentoring, and developing the account team, including day-to-day resourcing. The role leads the connection planning team as it transitions into media plan details and activation, drives organic growth and account expansion within the client, and ensures quality control and integration across strategy, planning, activation, and analytics.

Experience

• 10+ years plus experience in paid media delivery; at least 5 of which should be in a senior management or SME capacity
• Must have healthcare/pharma experience
• Must have experience working with other internal agencies and external clients
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must – experience navigating complex clients a must
• Demonstrated success in managing a cross-functional team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrated experience working in a client facing capacity with procurement and client brand teams and with an agency leadership team
