Glasgow Life is recruiting two Project Officers to support UEFA EURO 2028 delivery within the Events team. The roles are full-time, fixed-term until September 2028, with hybrid working between home and office.

You will help develop documentation, manage milestones, and liaise with city agencies and partners to meet commitments for business-as-usual and Glasgow 2026. The ideal candidate has experience in project management within complex environments, event delivery experience, and strong

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing complex, multi‑partner programmes, ideally in major events or public services.
• Qualified or trained in event management with delivery experience.
• Experience delivering cultural/sporting events in public sector environments.
• Ability to write operational plans and risk assessments.

Aufgaben

• Support planning and delivery of UEFA EURO 2028 across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate documentation, processes and liaise with city agencies and partners.
• Place orders for temporary infrastructure and oversee delivery plans.
• Assist with safety plans, risk assessments and change control processes.
• Contribute to project reporting and audits; support post-event evaluation.
