Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Oxford is seeking an EUD Engineer on a full-time temporary basis, paying £250 per day. You will build, configure, deploy and support end-user devices and manage endpoint platforms.

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for hardware, software and operating systems, support Microsoft 365 technologies, manage software deployments and OS upgrades, monitor compliance and security, and produce technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, deploy, and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones).
• Manage endpoint platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for hardware, software and OS issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage software deployment, patch management, and OS upgrades.
• Monitor device compliance, security, and performance to meet policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SLAs.
• Support IT projects involving device refreshes, migrations, and workplace tech improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure engineers, and third-party suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.
