Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an EUD Engineer to deliver mobile ICT support, fixing and replacing laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other equipment. The role is largely based in Kidlington with travel to other sites and requires owning a car and a full UK driving licence.

Contract is initially for 3 months with typical hours from 09:00 to 17:00 and onsite attendance 4–5 days per week. Applicants should have ICT operations experience and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Previous ICT operational delivery experience.
• Proven experience supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktops.
• Experience resolving incidents, service requests and technical problems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience creating procedures, technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical users.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• NPPV3 clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile ICT support, fixing and replacing laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other ICT equipment.

EUD Engineer

£250 per day to Umbrella

3-month initial contract

Onsite 4-5 days per week

We are supporting our public sector client with the recruitment of an EUD Engineer to provide mobile ICT support, fixing and replacing laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other ICT equipment.

The role will be predominantly based in Kidlington, with requirements to travel to support other locations. Due to the mobile nature of the role, candidates must have their own car and a full UK driving licence.

The role is initially for 3 months, with working hours of approximately 09:00-17:00, although flexibility may be required depending on operational requirements.

These roles require candidates with previous experience in ICT operational delivery, strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to resolving technical incidents and requests.

Skills and experience required:
