Job summary

Nine Twenty Recruitment is seeking an experienced EUC Team Leader in Glasgow to lead and mentor the End User Compute team, delivering reliable EUC services across the UK. The role sits within IT Operations, guiding workplace technology and cyber resilience in a dynamic environment.

You will manage day-to-day EUC delivery, drive efficiency, and shape future technology direction, while ensuring an excellent colleague experience in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an EUC or IT Operations environment, with prior team leadership or mentoring experience (management title not required).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

About the Role

Lead the future of End User Computing for a large, technically advanced facilities management company based in Glasgow, supporting colleagues and customers across the UK. As the business continues to evolve, technology plays a critical role in enabling reliable service delivery, operational efficiency, cyber resilience, and a great colleague experience.

We're looking for an experienced EUC Team Leader to lead, develop, and inspire our End User Compute team. This is a key leadership role within IT Operations, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused EUC services while helping shape the future of workplace technology across the organisation.
