Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd in Brent is seeking an IT Support Consultant (EUC) for a full-time hybrid role. You will administer and support Palo Alto GlobalProtect, configure deployments, manage VPN policies, and resolve connectivity and authentication incidents.

You will collaborate with Network and Security teams to deliver secure remote access solutions and support migrations involving VPN, ZTNA, Prisma Access, and Intune-managed endpoints on Windows 10/11 devices.

Qualifications

• Administer and support Palo Alto GlobalProtect remote access infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot GlobalProtect deployments, authentication methods, certificates and connectivity.
• Manage VPN profiles, policies and endpoint compliance integration.
• Investigate and resolve VPN connectivity, performance and authentication incidents.
• Collaborate with Network and Security teams on secure remote access solutions.
• Support migrations involving VPN, ZTNA, Prisma Access, and remote connectivity services.
• Package, deploy and maintain endpoint software using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and manage Intune policies, compliance and deployment of apps.
• Support Windows 10/11 devices including laptops, desktops, kiosks and remote devices.

Responsibilities
