This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Technology team during a period of growth & development. The ideal candidate will possess experience within an EUC role and proficiency with Microsoft 365, EntraID, and InTune, alongside general troubleshooting skills and the drive to grow with us and support our strategy and vision.
This role requires UK National Vetting at SC level.

The End User Computing (EUC) Technical Analyst will provide first/second/third line IT support for all NHSCFA employees. Responsibilities include resolving support requests and incidents, ensuring service levels are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They will also provide periodic Service Desk cover, including call logging, triaging incidents, and service requests. Excellent communication skills and technical expertise are essential to support NHSCFA staff and external stakeholders effectively. The EUC Technical Analyst must maintain the security and integrity of IT hardware and systems.
This role is based in London with flexible, hybrid working options, including office and home-based arrangements. Working in the London area may attract a High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
