Job summary

Tria is seeking an EUC Engineer to join a global, market-leading organisation in London. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office, providing End User Computing, desktop support and IAM-focused responsibilities.

The candidate will maintain Microsoft services (AD, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, O365) and manage Okta, with a focus on secure, reliable identity and access management, plus strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Okta, including a strong understanding of starter and leaver process within Okta.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, SCCM and Intune (min 3 years hands-on).
• Microsoft associate or expert certification is preferred.
• JAMF Accreditation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Position: EUC Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Employment Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Package: £42,000 - £47,000

Tria has partnered with a global, market leading company who have an opportunity for an EUC Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Microsoft services, including Active Directory, Azure AD (ENTRA), SCCM, Intune, and O365.
• Ensuring these services operate optimally and securely, with cyber security best practices.
• Manage Okta to help maintain Hachette's identity & access management platform to enable seamless automation for starters, leavers and mover processes.

Experience required

• Experience of Okta, including a strong understanding of starter and leaver process within Okta.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, SCCM and Intune (with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with these technologies).
• Microsoft associate or expert certification is preferred.
• JAMF Accreditation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days required in the London office per week.
