Job summary

Kent Fire and Rescue Service seeks an IT EUC Automation Engineer (Grade 7) for an 18-month fixed-term contract at Service Headquarters, Maidstone. Hybrid working with three days in the office.

The role focuses on automating end-user computing using Intune, MECM, PowerShell, and related tools to reduce manual workload. You will collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to deliver reliable automation, improve compliance, and support lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise endpoint management and automation.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automation for EUC environments.

Responsibilities

• Work within the EUC function with a remit for automation, optimisation and improvement of endpoint-management processes.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation using Intune, MECM and scripting (PowerShell).
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to apply common automation practices.
